2. 服务内容
本应用监测 Solana 与 Robinhood Chain 上新上线并达到市值门槛的代币，推送提醒，并提供基于网络公开信息集成的调研报告。
3. 订阅与续费
完整报告需要订阅。参考价格为每月 US$49.99、每年 US$499.99，实际价格以 App Store 显示的当地价格为准。不提供免费试用。
订阅通过你的 Apple ID 付款，到期自动续订。你可以随时在“设置 → Apple ID → 订阅”中取消；在当期结束前至少 24 小时取消，下一期就不会扣费。
4. 退款
订阅款项由 Apple 收取，退款按 Apple 的政策处理，可通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
5. 内容性质
报告由系统自动集成公开网络信息生成，未经人工逐篇审核，可能存在错误、遗漏或过时信息。内容仅供参考，不构成任何投资、财务或交易建议。
6. 使用规范
你可以通过本应用的分享功能把报告分享给个人好友。未经许可，不得转售、批量抓取或以商业目的再分发付费内容，不得干扰或攻击本服务。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，提供方不对因依赖本应用内容作出的任何投资决策或由此产生的损失承担责任；你的法定权利不受影响。
8. 条款更新与适用法律
条款更新时会在本页面公布。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。

2. 非投资建议
本应用的任何内容都不构成投资、财务、法律或税务建议，也不是买入、卖出或持有任何代币的推荐或邀约。我们不提供目标价，也不做看涨或看跌评级。
3. 新币的高风险
新发行代币普遍流动性薄、价格剧烈波动，常见貔貅合约（买得进卖不出）、撤池跑路、增发砸盘、项目方或大户集中出货等风险，可能在极短时间内归零。参与前请充分了解风险，只使用你能承受全部损失的资金。
4. 数据来源与时效
价格、市值、持币分布等数据来自区块链浏览器、DEX 聚合器等第三方公开来源，我们不保证其实时、完整或准确。报告反映的是生成当时的情况，发布后的变化不会回写到报告中，请以链上实时数据为准。
5. 风险提示的局限
风险信号清单基于报告生成时能获取的公开信息。“未命中”不代表没有风险，“未知”不代表安全；部分风险可能在报告发布后才出现。
6. 第三方链接与内容
报告中可能包含项目官网、社交账号、区块链浏览器等第三方链接。这些网站和内容不受我们控制，我们不对其真实性、安全性或可用性负责。请勿在不明网站连接钱包或授权签名。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，服务提供方不对因使用或依赖本应用内容所产生的任何直接或间接损失承担责任。你的法定权利不受本声明影响。

2. The service
The app monitors newly launched tokens on Solana and Robinhood Chain that cross a market-cap threshold, sends alerts, and provides research reports compiled from public web sources.
3. Subscriptions
Full reports require a subscription. Reference prices are US$49.99 per month and US$499.99 per year; the App Store shows the final local price. There is no free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically. Cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
4. Refunds
Apple collects subscription payments and handles refunds under its own policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Nature of content
Reports are compiled automatically from public web sources without per-report human review and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. They are for information only and are not investment, financial or trading advice.
6. Acceptable use
You may share reports with friends using the in-app share feature. Do not resell, bulk-scrape or commercially redistribute paid content without permission, or interfere with the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for investment decisions made in reliance on the app or for any resulting loss. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Changes and governing law
Updates will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

2. Not investment advice
Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any token. We give no price targets and no bullish or bearish ratings.
3. New tokens are high risk
Newly launched tokens typically have thin liquidity and extreme volatility, and commonly carry risks such as honeypot contracts (you can buy but not sell), liquidity pulls, supply inflation, and coordinated dumping by teams or whales. They can go to zero within minutes. Understand the risks and only use money you can afford to lose entirely.
4. Data sources and timing
Prices, market caps and holder data come from third-party public sources such as block explorers and DEX aggregators. We do not guarantee they are real-time, complete or accurate. Each report reflects the moment it was generated and is not updated afterwards; always check live on-chain data.
5. Limits of risk signals
The risk checklist is based on public information available when the report was generated. "MISS" does not mean risk-free and "UNKNOWN" does not mean safe; some risks only appear after publication.
6. Third-party links and content
Reports may link to project websites, social accounts and block explorers. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their accuracy, safety or availability. Never connect a wallet or sign approvals on unfamiliar sites.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the app. Your statutory rights are not affected.
